S. Bijay Singh is a distinguished Sikh administrator and senior institutional leader with over three decades of dedicated service in religious education, governance, and public outreach. He currently serves as Additional Secretary, Dharam Parchar Committee, Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), Amritsar Sahib, where he has played a pivotal role since 1993 in advancing Sikh missionary education and preserving Gurmat principles through structured institutional governance.

Throughout his career, S. Bijay Singh has been instrumental in planning, managing, and overseeing educational and religious programs across India and internationally. His responsibilities have included coordinating Gurmat awareness initiatives, supervising staff and budgets, developing policy documents, and strengthening engagement with Sikh institutions in North America, Europe, and other parts of the global diaspora.
