Dr. Satpreet Singh is the Founding Chairperson and Permanent Member of the Governing Council, providing strategic leadership and long-term institutional vision for the establishment and governance of the proposed university. He is a scholar-practitioner with extensive experience in higher education leadership, organizational governance, and ethical institutional development.

Dr. Singh holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration – Organizational Leadership from National University, California, and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Guru Nanak Dev University, India. His academic work emphasizes sustainable leadership, ethical governance, education systems, and the integration of values-based leadership in modern institutions.

He is an internationally recognized academic contributor, serving as Co-Editor for a Springer Nature volume (2026) and participating in global conferences hosted by IEEE, Springer, APHA, and ALA. His authored works on leadership and governance have received multiple national and international honors.

Professionally, Dr. Singh is the Founder and CEO of Ardass Corporation, established in 2012, and a certified IRS Enrolled Agent (EA). His career reflects a strong balance of scholarship, regulatory expertise, and nonprofit leadership.

As Governing Council Chairperson, Dr. Singh oversees institutional vision, governance frameworks, academic integrity, and strategic sustainability, with a mission to build a university that integrates education, ethics, research, and community service in alignment with Sikh and universal human values.
